First of the Woodchuck Cellar Series, this cider is an infusion of cider with crisp citrus and pine notes. Enjoy the smooth apple character of Woodchuck’s signature hard cider perfectly balanced against the bitterness of hops. Enjoy!

As far as ciders go this is one of the best... Maybe it’s just because I like beer.... I dunno... It’s second only to ones from b. Nektar. Its very crisp by far one of the most refreshing ciders and a lot more refreshing than a lit of beers. Very very good.

Pours very clear light tint yellow with white head. Aroma is musty apple and pine. Flavor is apple sweetness with dry slight pine finish.

Sparkling clear pale yellow color with a slight green cast and a fizzy head that disappears quickly. The aroma is crisp green apple with a hint of citrus and pine. The taste matches the aroma, tart green apple with a touch of citrus, pine and grass. It sounds a bit odd but it actually works. Light bodied, fizzy, easy to drink, especially on a hot summer day. Overall, not bad, definitely worth a dry if you like sparkling cider.

12 oz bottle pours golden with a white head. Aroma of citrus and apple. Taste is the same, not as sweet as most ciders.

Clear pale straw pour with a fizzy head that fades to a ring. Aroma is sweet apple, green apple, and grassy hops. Taste is green apple, pine, grass, and sweet apple. More tart overall. Dry palate. Hops are there but in the background.

Ultra-pale yellow body with a fizzy pour. No apple detected in the nose, but Cascades produce lovely citric aromatics and piney notes late (if I didn’t know better I’d think I was sniffing a nice APA). Semi-sweet cider is definitely the profile of the flavor and the hops add a pleasant tangerine aspect to it. Crisp, light and a real easy-drinker after a day of yard work. ~~~~~ Single 12 oz. bottle from a mix-a-six, Mariano’s, Oak Lawn, IL

12 ounce for 1.34 is unique and the right price. Aroma of apples and citrus. Flavor has some twang to it - a hint of pine but mostly apple and sour citrus. Starts ok and gets better. Not my favorite cider, but solid.

Bottle. Floral sweet/tart apple aroma. Clear pale yellow, white ring. Sweet/tart apple, lightly bitter floral/citrus/spruce flavor. Light body, lively carbonation. Not too bad for a macro cider.

This brew pours a very clear very light yellow color with a small white head that fades quickly. The aroma blends citrus hops with crisp apples, and the taste is slightly sweet and a touch sour with a light aftertaste despite the citrus hop bite that melds nicely with the apple. The palate fuses a slick and thin texture, light body, and a soft carbonation.

Pours hazy, bubbly solar golden. Pear and apple aroma has a strong overtone of evergreen fresh hops. Fruit and hoppy notes marry well in a distinctive cider. Mouthfeel is firmer and fuzzier than in other ciders I have tried. Unique and enjoyable!

22oz bottle gifted from a neighbor. Appearance is a clear yellow with no head. Aroma is light, mostly some apple skin. Taste is apple skins with sweetness and some tartness. Palate is light. Overall, a good buy, but also good for mixing with meads.
