COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
First of the Woodchuck Cellar Series, this cider is an infusion of cider with crisp citrus and pine notes. Enjoy the smooth apple character of Woodchuck’s signature hard cider perfectly balanced against the bitterness of hops. Enjoy!

As far as ciders go this is one of the best... Maybe it’s just because I like beer.... I dunno... It’s second only to ones from b. Nektar. Its very crisp by far one of the most refreshing ciders and a lot more refreshing than a lit of beers. Very very good.

Bottle at home. Aroma is tart cider and some hoppiness. Flavor is tart apples and some hop presence. Decent, but I’d prefer either a beer or a cider, and this is a tertium quid, neither really cider nor beer. But nonetheless, drinkable and enjoyable.

Draft at Buffalo Wild Wings in Frederick, MD. Served in a wheat beer glass, clear pale golden color with minimal white head. Aroma of sweet apples, pear, citrus and faint pine note. Taste adds some herbal notes, some white wine and faint hop bitterness. Light body, moderate carbonation, soft, dry with faint bitter sweet apple finish. Pretty good cider.

1/5/14. 12oz bottle from Warehouse. Clear golden pour. Citrus definitely pops in the aroma, reminds of 7-Up, bordering on cleaner. Sweet flavor, apple juice, Sprite, lemon peel, a touch chemically or something. Eh.

Pours pale gold with a small white fizz ring. Smells of apples and hints of earthiness and spice. Taste is tart, not overly sweet but not notably bitter. Light-bodied with a wet texture and soft mouth-carbonation, Woodchuck Hopsation finishes with a light, lingering tartness.

Bottle at Hot chick kemahs .. . Pours a clear pear .. Lively carbonation .. Has a nice light perry like base but the bitterness from the hops ruins this .. Nice try but this didnt come off too enjoyable .. . . Rolls for lunch? ..Lamb rolls??

Bottle. Poured a clear pale yellow color with a small white head. Aroma was very good, with Apples, sugar, citrus and pine. Flavor didn’t come together as well. Earthy hops up front with Apples and sweetness in finish.

Clear pale yellow pour with minimal wisps of clear head. Finally a woodchuck cider that isn’t unbearable sweet. The hops really help to cut the sugariness. And the aroma isn’t just fake apples. Crisp and fairly enjoyable, even though ciders aren’t really my thing.

BBOTMC. Pours pale yellow with a small head, aroma of apple, banana, yeast, peach, flavor of apples, banana, lemon, zesty and crisp, medium bodied.
