3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Aroma is a pleasant, warm, overripe apple aroma. A crisp, clean aroma. The color is caramel/amber and the white head left some lace spots while leaving. Rather thin in body with very mild carbonation. The flavor is slightly caramel Granny Smith. The finish is almost pear, but quite certainly dry. It’s very good, and not at all like a cooked apple product. Another great Woodchuck product.

Bottle from Party Source, Ky. Poured light golden color with a small off-white head that diminished quickly with minimal lacing. Light tart apple aroma. Light body with a thin texture. Flavor of tart apple with a light sweet dry finish. My expectations were not met.

UPDATED: AUG 20, 2007 Rating # 2400... Draft... Clear, amber cider with a small, frothy, white head. Decent retention. The nose is of overripe apples. Fruity, sweet and tart flavor profile. Medium-bodied and satiny with soft carbonation. Finishes fruity and a touch sweet. Not so dry!

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20
My first cider. Poured a light brown with no head. Smelled like apple juice tasted like apple juice. Tart finish. So this is why they call it cider.
