The fall harvest brings farmers and communities together to celebrate another year of fruitful labor. It is a time of shorter days, cooler nights, and great apples. This cider has a complex and elegant character full of apple, cinnamon, and nutmeg balanced out with a hint of American white oak. A true taste of the season.

"Hey lets take the pretty good cider we already make and add a bunch of processed spices and sugar and shit call it a Fall Cider." Yeah no thanks. Apple cider is already fall cider, adding way too much cinnamon and nutmeg and jeebus only knows what else doesnít make it better.

Pours out like apple juice. Light white ring. Aroma of apple, spices, and nutmeg. Taste like a basket of potpourri. Apple backbone with tons of overwhelming spices. Too much spice and nutmeg. Dry finish is like licking a spoonful of nutmeg.

16 oz draft.Pours a golden color of apple juice with no head. Nose is of a candle that wife wife would pay too much for. Taste is sweet with a hint of spoiled juice. Not great.

Bottle. Clear golden color. Aroma of apple, cinnamon, nutmeg, and spice. Flavor was a mixture of sweet apple pie, cinnamon, nutmeg. Tart at times, but spices were a bit overpowering and I got the sensation there was too much sediment, even though it was clear. Very sweet, and not enough tartness to overcome the brown sugar taste.

12oz bottle from grocery store. Pours a kind of clear orange with white carbonation. I wouldnít call it much of a head; itís more like soda. Nose is caramel apple, red apples, sugar, cinnamon, pumpkin pie, and vanilla. Flavor is similar. I canít tell if itís complex, or if I have a tolerance for over sweetness. The finish lingers with sweet pumpkin pie spices. It is actually not bad, but I canít see drinking more than one.

Bottle to pint. Looks decent; a transparent orange with thin white lacing. Smells alright; pretty standard, but not bad. Tastes like a multiplicity of apples blended into one batch. Average on the palate. An okay cider.

Great aroma - cinnamon, nutmeg, and apples. Very, very sweet, much more so than most ciders. If youíre not prepared for the sweetness it can be overwhelming, and thereís not much else to balance it out. Almost feels like a dessert wine. As long as youíre expecting the sweetness, it does what it aims to do.

Clear copper color, no head. Butter, strawberry, butterscotch, cream taste. Spritzy mouthfeel, no bitterness. Fruity scent. Not bad, but I guess I expected more apples to come though.

Iím hop head that doesnít try cider too often. Fall always results in me picking up some Woodchuck. If you donít like sweet, this will nail you as candy. Quickly dissolving head, if any. Beautiful amber color. Apples and caramel aromas, lots of mulling spice like cinnamon and nutmeg. Lingering apple bubble gum aftertaste. Good for a fall treat.
