COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Woodchuck Fall Cider is the perfect combination of complexity and elegance, giving the cider a unique taste and special aroma not found in any other hard cider. Crafted using a centuries old technique, Woodchuck Fall Cider begins with an attractive cinnamon, nutmeg, spicy bouquet, and balances out the taste with a hint of American white oak. The appealing lingering aftertaste makes Woodchuck Fall Cider the perfect beverage for a crisp, autumn day. Woodchuck Fall Cider will be available in limited markets during Autumn 2009.

Tried this on tap at the Flying Saucer in Houston, TX. Spicy bouquet with cinnamon and nutmeg flavors, not normally a cider guy but this was tasty. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Poured copper with heavy carbonation. Nose was apples, spicy nutmeg and cinnamon. Tastes of apple, spices, with a decent richness and complexity. This is a good cider, and I appreciated the fall spices.

I donít usually go out of my way for cider but I donít pass it up when available; this was offered as a sample at Total Wine (Gilbert AZ) 9/20/12 at its fall beer tasting, the very last one. Nice way to end it. Color is pale straw as expected, clear with no head. Strong apple aroma; taste is the same, sweet apple with some caramel. I was in the right mood for this one; I donít think I could drink more than one. Itís tasty but sweet for me.

Light head that dissapates quickly. Light amber hue. Spicy and cinnamon flavor. Bubbly and refreshing.

Hypersweet, bubblegum-apple aroma. Squat, brown, potato-masher 12oz bottle, OK label. Clear, pinky gold cider, no head. Mild vinegar, a little spice, fruit. Itís like someone put a jigger of pickled peach juice in apple juice. Slickkety mouthfeel, medium body, slightly astringent apple peel finish. Interesting. Marinade potential. Market Square Liquors, Timberlane.

Aggressive pour leads to a weak head that fades quickly to light carbonation. Very attractive dark brown with hints of amber in the glass. Aroma is pleasant and spicy at first, but I canít shake the impression of bubblegum here. The first sip is a baffling mix of spices that fades to a lingering bubblegum taste once again... it reminds me of biting into a crisp candied apple with a fresh stick of bubblegum in my mouth. I would have enjoyed it much more if the spices were toned down a bit.

Aroma is cinnamon and apples. Pours a a clear golden color. The taste is primarily cinnamon…with hints of apple. Overall, not my favorite hard cider. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft - pours pale yellowish amber with no head. Nose is bubble gum. Flavor adds ginger and spices. Wow, itís like a holiday candle dripped into my mouth. Not going to try this ever again. Interesting, but overboard on the spices. Mmm cloves.

Pours a nice clear orange color with a small white head. Really rich nutmeg and cinnamon aromas. Apple sweetness and apple juice with a touch of sugar. Maybe a bit of vanilla, too. The flavor has an apple pie flavor to it. Really great spice of cinnamon and nutmeg. Lots of apples and fruit sweetness. I really liked this.

This is one well done cider! Tthe aroma of spices draws you in, then the first taste, that slightly dry sweetness cuts your thirst so well you will want to down it quick, but you want to make the flavor last. Nice combination of flavors, not a bit of sticky sweet or bitter aftertaste, just clean crisp. The aroma brings back thoughts drinking wassail at Yuletide.
