COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Woodchuck Fall Cider is the perfect combination of complexity and elegance, giving the cider a unique taste and special aroma not found in any other hard cider. Crafted using a centuries old technique, Woodchuck Fall Cider begins with an attractive cinnamon, nutmeg, spicy bouquet, and balances out the taste with a hint of American white oak. The appealing lingering aftertaste makes Woodchuck Fall Cider the perfect beverage for a crisp, autumn day. Woodchuck Fall Cider will be available in limited markets during Autumn 2009.

This is one well done cider! Tthe aroma of spices draws you in, then the first taste, that slightly dry sweetness cuts your thirst so well you will want to down it quick, but you want to make the flavor last. Nice combination of flavors, not a bit of sticky sweet or bitter aftertaste, just clean crisp. The aroma brings back thoughts drinking wassail at Yuletide.

I love woodchuck fall cider. It’s one of the closer cider’s I’ve tried that’s almost like a "real" cider in some respects. I tried Harpoon, gross some other irish one...I did not taste apples. No. This cider reminds me of a traditional spiced sweet apple cider you’d find in the grocery store, but carbonated and 5% alcohol. For me with a sweet tooth, its sweetness is great. It’s not over the top for me, but its there and noticeable. The spices to me are just right. I’m stocking up on this! I’ll be sad when I can’t get it anymore. I suppose there is a reason my local packy just got 5 cases of the stuff, it goes fast and has a lot of fans.

One of the best and most complex ciders ive ever had. Lots of cinnamon, nutmeg, clove and classic fall spices on the nose with the backing of fresh apple. So many different flavors going on here!. Very easy to drink with the classic crisp finish that a cider should have. Really enjoyed this product and would recommend it to any cider drinker or anyone looking to try a cider.

This new seasonal does a great job of capturing the feel of autumn. Flavors of cinammon, nutmeg, and classic woodchuck amber cider all make for a very relaxing, enjoyable drink on a crisp fall evening. Goes great with the changing weather and colors, but would lose some effect if it was drank during the summer.

Clear amber without a much of a head. Sweet cinnamon aroma with fruity apple. Taste is apple, cinnamon, and cloves with a light body and good carbonation. I happen to love ciders, so this was very delectable.

Sampled at Lithy’s Septemberfest Tasting. Clear pale straw pour with minimal ring of clearish white head. Nose of pumpkin pie spices. Flavor nutmeg, and potpourri, with spiced apple pie. Is this spectacular? I’m thinking so. Maybe the best cider I’ve had.

THOUGHTS: Pretty much all the spices of a pumpkin beer but with apple instead of pumpkin and/or malt as the base. TECHNICAL: Bottle. Poured a clear, light golden, with nice, tiny bubbles and an average, white head that mostly diminished and left barely fair lacing. The aroma contained apple, hints of wood, brown sugar, tons of fall spices, and autumn potpourri. The initial flavor was lightly sweet and acidic; while the finish was moderately sweet, lightly acidic and slightly sour with a sort of short duration. The light body was dry with lightly fizzy carbonation and a dry finish.

Pronounced cinnamon, clove, and apple nose. Clear amber, some visible effervescence. Cinnamon apple flavor with minty overtones. Normally, I don’t care for minty flavors in beer or cider, but this works, somehow. A biscuity shortbread finish. This tastes more like a very good Christmas cider, than fall. Creative and I like it a lot. May be my favorite Woodchuck.

Clear brown color. Apple cinnamon nutmeg and vanilla aromas. Tart apple flavor with cinnamon and nutmeg flavors. Really good cider.

Appearance: Pours out a crystal clear, medium-yellow body with a layering of large bubbles from a heavy, greedy pour. Smell: Sweet-scented, lightly spiced nose of generously juiced apples. Taste: Sweet, sugared apple juice with a very, very light tartness to it. Spicy touches of cinnamon and nutmeg midway, then a bit more sweetened juice on the end. Mouthfeel: Light-bodied. Lightly carbonated. Drinkability: It’s alright. Akin to the amber, but with the added spice content and faint, faint oaking.
