It is made using 100% Granny Smith apples. This cider has a mouth-watering flavor that is tangy and tart, with just a touch of sweetness.

Appearance: pours with no head, beer is very clear very light gold almost a yellow color Aroma: faint green apple Taste: tangy, green apple, not super sweet but some sweetness, tang Palate: lively carbonation, minimal apple aftertaste, leaves mouth dry, Overall: I feel like this is a more subtle cider, not as much from the apple

355ml from John Walsh Spar, 5% Nice sweet granny smith apple aroma. Appearancd is a nice white wine very pale yellow white. Taste is fruit and zesty with a dry slightly bitter finish that is long lasting. There is actually a nice amount of carbonation on the tongue. Overall one of the best in tbe woodchuck range as they let the apples do the talking here but letting the taste come out and not smothering it with sugar. It is still a bland cider and could be made more exciting.

Pours from 12 oz bottle blonde in color, carbonated appearance, with an apple juice, rather than apple cider, taste. Refreshing taste of apple, nicely balanced, easy on the palate, and the right amount of carbonation. Easy drinking, nice change up from beer, even though not my style.

"Nice tartness to this one, as expected. Not much in the way of complexity, as per the style, but a nice, refreshing crisp sweet and tart cider with a bit of a bite."

Bottle. Clear pale straw body with a minimal fizzy head that vanished completely. The nose is slightly tart with grannie smith apple. The flavor is just about what you’d expect, it tastes like chomping on a grannie smith apple. A little tart up front, finishes on the sweeter side. Completely filtered with fizzy carbonation and a finish that lingers more than most Woodchuck offerings. Pretty decent if you’re looking to have a grannie smith apple, but don’t want the effort of chewing.

355ml bottle. Clearish pour. Nothing tat is that tangy or tart, still too sweet, not good cider apples.

Draft at Moriartys. Clear light straw pour. No head. Tastes and smells like a Granny Smith apple. Fizzy. Tart enough but sweetens in the finish.

12oz bottle. Clear pale straw colour. Flavors are tart green apples, apple skin and sugar. Pretty straightforward. Light body, fizzy carbonation, slick texture. OK.

Reviewed from notes. This was poured into a pint glass and a wine glass. The appearance was the same in both as there was a slight hazy orange to yellow color with a fast rising carbonation rolling into a quickly dissipating white bubbly head. Lacing, no way, not there, ah but I’m starting to understand ciders don’t do lacing. Okay, well, no big deal, I guess. The smell was slightly tart but also a decent sweet apple. Was there some floral-ness in there? It seemed so to me. The taste was mainly tart and sweet, combined pretty good. On the palate, this one sat pretty light and could be construed as fairly sessionable. The normal harshness from a cider is there but just there and isn’t anything overbearing. Overall, decent cider, nothing over the top and nothing bad.

Bottle pour. Clear pale yellow color. Smells like a green jolly rancher. Sweet taste with a tart aftertaste. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
