Jan 13, 2006 Draught at the Flying Saucer in Raleigh, NC. Clear, almost the color of water. No head. Sweet with distinct pear flavor tainted somewhat by a taste reminiscent of cough-medicine. Still, my standard blurb on ciders applies here: goes well with dessert or as dessert.
