COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
For years, we've been telling you that great taste grows on trees -- apple trees that is. But just across the orchard we discovered another kind of great taste. We went out on a limb and created Woodchuck Pear Cider, a crisply refreshing drink with the tantalizing essence of pear. You can buy it in 6-packs or on draft.

Pours a pale bubbly golden-yellow. Aroma is sweet but not quite as tart as most other woodchuck ciders. Flavor is smooth and lighter. Sweet but not overwhelmingly so. Better than most woodchucks.

Has a crisp refreshing taste of pears. I really enjoyed this and found it quite tasty just like all Woodchucks beers.

Bottle. Pour is pale yellow to clear. Aroma is pears and some apple. Flavor has some spice, doesn’t taste extremely pure but is drinkable.

Bottle. Faint tart artificial fruity aroma. Pale yellow with a thin white ring. Weird floral artificial-candy-sweet-fruit flavor. If I’d have tasted this blind, I would have never guessed pear flavor. I had to dump it because the flavor kept making me think of perfume.

Pleasant, but underwhelming. I expected so much better, but taste was somewhat bland and aroma practically nonexistent.

Bottled. Poured very light, watery golden with just a ring of white bubbles around. The aroma picked up sweetened pear juice with light pear skin and woodsy accents.. not much going on, but it was pleasant enough. The flavor found tart pears initially, with sweeter meat behind.. subtle oak and tart pear skins laced throughout.. finished sweet with a decently-refreshing tartness to it. Light-bodied and watery at times on the palate.. otherwise an OK feel and flow.

In the words of the infamous P&T show formerly on Showtime, "... and then there’s this asshole!" No. No. No. Too much styrofoam notes and surprsing blandness from the artificial tasting pear notes.

It smells like pear and tastes like pear with high carbonation. It must be pear cider. Could be refreshing I guess ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a very clear and light yellow. Bubbly, artificial carbonation. Aroma of sweet pear candy and very floral. The taste is very well balanced with fresh pear, crisp acidity, and sweet fruit. A bit too flowery to session, but one is very good.

Pours of almost clear yellow like rusty water. Aromas of champagne, tart candy pear juice, slight bubblegum, light sour apple. Despite what it "could" be, the aromas still are pleasent to my taste. I think the flavors are not what they "could" be, but none the less are pleasing. Its like candied pear flavoring, light sour apple, reminders of bubblegum, and smarties candy. Has a light cripsness, medium to high sweetness, refreshing, different, and ends with a light dryness. Not a cider I could find drinking more than one in a session because of the sweetness and flavors. It does start to get a little cloying after a while. Still very tasty though. Interesting.
