1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Draft. No discernible aroma, pours very thin. A lightly tinted hue, looks like sparkling water. Very refreshing but rather pointless drink.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
12 ounce bottle poured into a brandy snifter. Pours a clear, bubbly gold. It has a fizzy white head, but it sizzles out quickly. The aroma has notes of dry pears, a mild spice, and subtle pear and apple. The taste is subdued, earthy, sweet. Light body and medium to high carbonation.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
12 oz bottle at home. Pours a clear pale yellow color with no head. The aroma and flavor have sweet pears with a mild tang. Pretty much the same as the ciders with pears.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle. Light gold in color, like a light white wine. Aroma is very light pear, fruit and apple. Taste is pear but there is apple also. Sweet but not too sweet.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Pours a clear very pale straw body with a small fizzy white head. The nose is light and perfume with some really nice pear notes and a light sweetness. The flavor is a bit thin though, but the sweetness is kept in check pretty well. Nice floral and fruity pear juice, short sweet finish. Light bodied with fizzy prickly carbonation. Having not had many experiences with Perry, this seems like a nice starter option. Better than most of their cider options.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
"Crisp, clean and refreshing, but really little to no depth of flavor or aroma. Light in appearance, almost champagne like. Light pear and honey. Not much to the finish."

4.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
On tap at No Anchovies in Tucson, Arizona. Aroma is of pears, like canned pears, only not so sweet. Appearance is a very light yellow, almost looks like sparkling water or cream soda. Taste is only vaguely of pears, more citrusy than anything with a light floral-ness to it. Very light bodied, very refreshing, couldn’t ask for a better beverage on a hot desert evening. Overall while I’ll say it’s good in the desert, I really wouldn’t drink it anywhere else.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle: Poured a pale light yellow color perry with medium carbonation. Aroma consists of light fresh pear juice with medium amount of residual sugars. Easy drinking with limited amount of complexity. It makes for a good drink on hot summer days.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Continuing my current cider kick on some re-reviews. I come to this.
This was poured into a pint glass and a wine glass.
The appearance was the same in both as it was slightly amber to hazy orange color with a one finger white bubbly head that dissipated within seconds. There wasn’t any lacing but still a ton of carbonation was seen rising.
The smell definitely had the pears over top of the tart apples helping to balance through the sweetness from the pears.
The taste was combined and balanced fairly well.
On the palate, the normal harshness I expected from this came but dissipated as it warmed, okay (didn’t that happen with another cider I just had by them?, ah okay, no worries).
Overall, hmmm...well, not exactly one of the better ciders I just recently had, but do-able to say the least. Woodchuck makes better.
