3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
12oz bottle into the glass for which I can not hold any more contempt, the Dick’s Last Resort lager glass. Nose is fruity and champagne yeast. Not as syrupy as most ciders. Tart apples and orange sweetness. Has a slight boozy bite. Needless to say, my nose is sweating. Should have served it a tad colder. Slight dust qualities. Again, I like the body of this cider.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
bottle - Pours lightly hazy with a minimal, fast fading head. The aroma is full of tart apples with orange notes. It tastes of sweet apples with a surprisingly strong orange peel flavor. Tart. Citrusy. I’m not sure I’m crazy about the blend of flavors but it’s interesting and worth trying.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Surprised here. This one poured a hazy yellow color with a white head. Aroma was of apples, light must and cheese and mild spice. Flavor was mildly funky overrioened apples, and funky testy character. Nice.

Lager Glass. Crisp odor of apple and orange. Cloudy amber color, no head, almost no lacing, looks like apple juice. Refreshingly light taste, the ingredients blend together nicely. Really carbonated mouthfeel, like drinking a soda.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
The appearance of this beer is a hazy golden color with no head but bubbles dancing throughout the liquid, and the aroma is a mixture of apples and grapefruit. The taste is quite sweet with a slight sourness, but there isn’t much balance here due to how much more sweet than sour the taste is; furthermore, the palate combines a lively carbonation, thin texture, light body, and a lightly sweet finish.

3.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Slight cloudy orange pour. Aroma of sweettarts and old apple peels. Solid granny smith flavor some peppery notes. Does not otherwise resemble Belgian whites. Good thought with dry warming finish.

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
12oz bottle. Translucent honey colored cider with no head. Nice aroma not as strong as I expected. Really quite a complex and interesting cider. Great taste, like a basic cider with some "oomph". Very drinkable, just a bit bitter and pungent at the end as expected. Particularly good for the style.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
12 ounce bottle. Pours a hazy gold with a thine tan head. Taste is of apple, yeast, orange, coriander, grass and spice. Similar aroma that is persistent. Has a nice body. The finish is crisp, tart and a touch dry. Refreshing and easy to drink. Well worth the price and well worth having again.
