COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A handcrafted treasure, the ultra-limited edition Private Reserve Belgian White, is crafted with a classic Belgian beer yeast. Cloudy, with a rich golden hue, it presents a delicate aroma and taste, with coriander and orange notes. It pares excellently with seafood fare, mixed greens or sharp cheeses. 335ml btl. Wtf are these ratings? Sweet and blue moony with a sweet and shitty cider backing.

Smell is apple and light belgian yeast esters. Kind of play dough and bubble gum like. Taste is apples and mixed fruit, slightly tart, a bit sweet, and some esters. Medium body, medium carbonation. Pretty good.

Bottle. Aroma of coriander and orange. Taste is sweet. Not like a typical cider. Okay.

Surprise bottle from Wegmanís. Pours turbid straw with no head. Looks like apple juice. Nose is apples, honey, molasses. Tastes of apple, not sweet with some tartness, mild hney, earthy notes, white peppery spice, and yeasty malt. Decent.

Pours a cloudy golden color with no head. Nice and crisp aroma that smells of tart apples, slightly doughy with citrus and coriander notes. The taste is the nose to a T. Drinks easily although it is sweet. Nice body, not too light feeling even though it ultimately is a light bodied drink.

12oz bottle from ABC on Apalachee. Pale gold pour with little head. Aroma of perfume and apple. Tastes are green apple and spice. Slight tartness. Donít know my ciders well enough to place it, but itís straightforward and not overly sweet. Easy drinkín.

12oz bottle into the glass for which I can not hold any more contempt, the Dickís Last Resort lager glass. Nose is fruity and champagne yeast. Not as syrupy as most ciders. Tart apples and orange sweetness. Has a slight boozy bite. Needless to say, my nose is sweating. Should have served it a tad colder. Slight dust qualities. Again, I like the body of this cider.

bottle - Pours lightly hazy with a minimal, fast fading head. The aroma is full of tart apples with orange notes. It tastes of sweet apples with a surprisingly strong orange peel flavor. Tart. Citrusy. Iím not sure Iím crazy about the blend of flavors but itís interesting and worth trying.

Surprised here. This one poured a hazy yellow color with a white head. Aroma was of apples, light must and cheese and mild spice. Flavor was mildly funky overrioened apples, and funky testy character. Nice.
