4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Comes out of the tap a clear palest gold, almost clear like vodka, with a thick and fairly persistent snow-white head. Rich and fruity aroma does not just invite a taste, but demands it. Flavor is crisp, sweet, fruity, mainly apple with more than a hint of pear and a touch of banana, along with a little fruity sourness. It is rather sweet but not sickeningly so, almost like "soft" cider. Smooth, full-bodied texture has some good fizz. I know that I have to rate this a little differently from a beer, so I hope that I have done this tasty cider justice.

2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Incredibly mild and mellow cider taste, beer yeast esters blend, but really in the end isnít much more than fruit juice.

2.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours a slightly cloudy light golden color. Aroma is pretty weak. Apples, yeast (barely) and a little wine. Flavor is similar. I must admit that this is actually one of the better ciders Iíve had. But then again I havenít had many.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Serving: Draft. An interesting mix of styles here. There is sort of an apply Belgian Wit nose to it. The flavor is a mix of Granny Smith apples, yeast, and orange peel. Perhaps a bit heavier on the palate than most ciders. Off dry finish. Interesting take but Iím not sure how I feel about it.

Very crisp and refreshing. Bubbly and tart with a nice golden flavor. Reminds me of the sparkling cider I used to have at new years.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Short 12oz bottle, light blue label. Pours hazy orange color, very thin white head. Aroma of fine cheese and juice. Tart apple flavor, some flavor of apple skin. It seems to missing the coriander that I was looking forward to finding. Amazing nose to this beer, I love that bleu scent along with juice. Overall, clean and refreshing. Tart, dry finish. (3380)

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
A hazy light yellow pour with a white head. Great aroma of yeast, spice, tangerine and lots of tart apples. Flavor is sweet and yeasty, just enough tartness to balance. Nice spice. Damn good!
