A very unique cider here. An hard to describe beer like taste with a orange spice note finish. I have to say I really enjoyed this cider and is one of my top three in the wood chuck line. I serve this close to freezing.

Very crisp and refreshing. Bubbly and tart with a nice golden flavor. Reminds me of the sparkling cider I used to have at new years.

Tasted at NYC Craft Beer Festival. Hazy yellow, high carbonation, dry, herbal and minty notes, sweet crystal clean crisp finish. A top notch cider.

Comes out of the tap a clear palest gold, almost clear like vodka, with a thick and fairly persistent snow-white head. Rich and fruity aroma does not just invite a taste, but demands it. Flavor is crisp, sweet, fruity, mainly apple with more than a hint of pear and a touch of banana, along with a little fruity sourness. It is rather sweet but not sickeningly so, almost like "soft" cider. Smooth, full-bodied texture has some good fizz. I know that I have to rate this a little differently from a beer, so I hope that I have done this tasty cider justice.

UPDATED: MAR 25, 2012 has a very pretty floral apple aroma. somewhat cloudy pale yellow, better looking than most ciders. taste is sweet and friendly, easy to like and it goes down easy. taste is a little dry for this brand but still comes across likable. plenty of good sizzly co2. finish is better than my homemade. not bad over all cider drinken experience.

bottle. a hazy, egg yolk appearance with no head. typical cider nose. the yeast really adds some body to this.. even the glass feels heavier. some vanilla notes. a lot of tart, un-ripe peach.
