Bottle from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours golden amber with no head. Aroma is light apple pie. Med minus body. Flavor is hard to explain. Itís sweet, nutty, but not those. Itís a little brown sugar, but not much. It clearly is not pumpkin pie spice. Itís a little towards dry, a little astringent, yet itís sweet. Even seems tart, but then itís not. Goes down a bit of a treat.

Gold pour, white head. Simple flavors of pumpkin pie spice and apples. Pretty sweet, lightly artificial, but drinkable.

On draught at the Strand Theatre "Beer And A Movie" Fargo event. Pours a clear golden color with a thin off-white head that disappears quickly. Spotty lace. Aroma of apple cider and pumpkin spice. Medium body with flavors of apples and earthy pumpkin spice. The finish is fruity with a cider and mild spice aftertaste. Barely average overall.

Bottle. Pumpkin pulp and apple juice aroma. Golden yellow color. Very sweet pumpkin and apple juice flavor. Okay but very sweet - not a fan of the pumpkin/apple mixture.

Too much hate on this cider. Itís pretty good. Tap at Wurst in Fargo. Clear light amber pour with minor head. Sweet apple with a nice reserved but present spice note. Slick on the tongue.

Basically the same base as all of their ciders but this time with pumpkin and pie spice flavorings. Basically nutmeg cider. Why does everyone say pumpkin when itís actually nutmeg? Anyway, this one pours with an orange tinge. Aroma of sweet apples and nutmeg. Flavor of sweet apples and nutmeg. Blech.

Draft to taster. Looks subpar; a transparent darker orange cider with no head or lacing and soft carbonation. Smells of sweet cider and a bit of pumpkin spice. Tastes like it smells with more pumpkin. Unbalanced with a slightly bitter mouthfeel. Squashy. Would not drink again.

PorterPounder (6198) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - OCT 31, 2013
Tallahassee, Fl - New Leaf Market - 12 oz bottle. Pours a sparkling medium copper with not much of a head. Aroma has some light floral accents, a touch of ripening fruit. Flavor is mellow but flavorful with some light spicy accents, some light pumpkin, a touch of ripening vegetables. Mouthfeel has a nice roundness to it. Decent.
