bottle - Pours clear gold with a huge, white, foamy head. It took me awhile to finish pouring this one. It has a bready malt aroma. The flavor is of biscuity pale malt with some mild hops bitterness and just a slight touch of acidity. It’s different and while not bad, definitely didn’t impress me. There are plenty of better examples of the style.
2.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 anders37 (9280) - Malmö, SWEDEN - MAY 5, 2008
Bottle. Thanks to jsquire for this one. Pours a clear golden color with a small white head. Malty and slightly bready corny aroma. Sweetish malty grainy flavor. Slightly sweetish malty finish with some weak bitterness in the aftertaste.
3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 Scubatrip (551) - Alexandria, Virginia, USA - MAR 1, 2008
From the bottle, courtesy of Summer Secret Santa 07, pours a clear pale yellow with a thick white foamy head, nice lacing. Rather corny aroma and a bit malty, a bit sweet. Flavor is quite sweet, a lot like juice, I might call this a white wine before a beer, if I didn’t know better. Pretty good beer.

22 oz provided by Gary Jones. Clear golden pour with almost no head. Sweet malt aroma (corn?) with nothing noticeably off. The favor, again, has nothing really wrong or offensive to it. Notes of sweet malt all through this brew with only a hint of grain or hop character. It’s not bad and you do eventually start to get a bit of earthy hop in the after taste. Generally one dimensional and a bit sweet. Medium body with a wet mouth feel. I actually used this in a deer chili I was making and was happy with the results.
