2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 8/20
Discovered this brew in the cross roads of america in ohio in a small bar and wondered why a place like this could get a international brewed beer. Much to my surprise, it is actually made in Ohio. Wow!. Not a bad beer, had it for lunch accompanying a sandwich and it went down pretty smooth. Smooth enough that I had another. It’s nice to know that we in america can still do a few things correct, like brewing a good, not wonderful beer

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle shared on the brew bus by my adopted parents, Tibs and aobecksy. Grainy, light toasty, but mostly sweet malty nose and flavor. Still don’t care much for this style.

12 ounce bottle from aobecksy, poured a light golden yellow color with aroma of biscuits, toast, light hay, and some dough. Flavors are the same, basic lager taste, decent beer overall. Thanks for the extra bottle or two, I’ll make sure they will get good use.

2/24/13. 12oz bottle from Tibeerious and aobecksy! Thanks for coming down to FL! Clear golden pour with a small frothy white head. The aroma shows bready malts, biscuit, apples, and butter. Sweet malty flavor with more biscuit, a touch of caramel, apples, and butter. Eh.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
12oz bottle. Mostly clear pale orange color, nearly no head. Moderate crisp carbonation, but something sharp about the texture.. A bit chalky, maybe. Impressive malt / hop balance and presence, for a lager, though. Nice slightly tart bit of sweet taste, too. Good flavor, weird body.
