Cask-conditioned at the Edgar Wallace, London 11/1/08. Amber coloured with a decent white head that left plenty of lacing. Aroma had a touch of hay, some sweet malt and gentle hoppiness. The flavour had some fruit and grassy hops with a long, bitter finish. Very good.

Bottle from Party Town. Poured hazy copper color with an average fizzy light brown head that diminished slowly with fair lacing. Moderate tart fruit and sweet malty aroma. Medium body with a thin texture. Medium sweet malty flavor with a medium bittersweeet finish of short duration. Average start to a soft finish.

UPDATED: JUN 19, 2011 Cask - Fur & Feather, Woodbastwick. Clear amber in colour with a small, foamy white head. Good biscuity malt profile, sweet on the nose with nice English hop floral & citrus qualities. A very easy drinking session bitter. Solid malt structure with overtones of light citrus and a green English hop tone and finishing bitterness. Light to medium body, soft carbonation, rounded & pleasant mouthfeel.

Cask, St Radegund, Cambridge. Slighty cloudy dull bronze beer. Attractive hoppy/fruity aroma let down by soapy mouth feel. Soapy finish persists.

Cask@GBBF2007. Golden colour, not much head. Aroma is nectar, wood and some bitter fruits. Flavour is pretty much the same. Quite long wooden aftertaste.
