Pours golden. Aroma of apricots and grass. Sour flavor, cider-like. Lots of fruit flavors- apples, apricot, peach. Funky, but very good.

On draft at Lost and Found, Oakland, CA. Cloudly orange with thin white head. Vinegar, sour apple on the nose. Bit of grass. Tastes quite sour, some brett, but without much countervailing sweetness or other complexity, so ends up feeling a bit one note. Clean dry finish, refreshing. A nice one, nothing wrong with it, but doesn’t really do it for me.

Shared by Kenny at Capitol Beer & Tap Room. Pours cloudy blonde with an attractive white head and a pleasant brett aroma. There is a nicely soured light malt flavor with a tart finish.

(bottle) pours a slightly hazy golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of heavy pepper, lemon and onions, with notes of kiwi and sauerkraut. flavour is heavily oxidized and meaty, with more kiwi and lemon juice, some popcorn, vanilla and barnyard. light-bodied with average carbonation.

Draft. Light hop nose, then you get tagnerines across the palate, suprisingly thin body, sour taste, almost seems watery, with a little funk at the end. I went into this beer blind and all it seemed to offered was a very artificial sour feeling. On the other hand, it was one of the first sour beers I’ve had that has that light of a palate and easy drinkability.

This beer has a fruity aroma like sour apples. A very distinct sour flavor hits you tongue right when you take a sip. Really lite with a clean finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at the brewery. Pours orange with a minimal off white head. Aromas of dusty old grain sacks, apricot skin, and yogurt. Flavor comes off much fruitier, sour mash grains with dried apricots. Nice refreshing light sour.
