Grapefruit hops dominate, in both aroma and taste. HAzy medium golden WITH small soapy head. Smooth with just the right amount of tartness.

Nice amber hazy pour. Weird overripe fruit aroma. Weird taste throughout, oily overripe stone fruit flavor. My first dipa that I wonít finish.

On tap at the River Room, Boise Hazy deep orange small white head and spotty lacing. Nice citrusy aroma, tangerine and grape fruit . Woody bitter flavors with less of the fresh hoppiness.

Growler fill picked up today at whole foods... Hazy orange brew topped by a pretty good meringue white head and okay lacing... Huge hoppy nose is a great mash-up of pithy citrus and some tropical fruity notes and a little melon... Fruity hops blossom a bit by a decent amount of residual maltiness. Pithy grapefruit hoppiness plays off a substantial bitterness... A little sweet for my tastes but I tend to like my dipaís a bit drier. Body and carbonation are near perfect. Extremely well made dipa from a brewery that is quickly becoming my local favorite.

UPDATED: MAR 30, 2014 On tap at River Room. A nice, very fresh-tasting DIPA, quite hoppy and juicy. A little on the light-bodied side for the intensity of flavors going on. A little thickness and maltiness would have made this even better. Update: tried this again, donít know if itís a fresher batch or what but this tastes exquisite to me right now. Nudging it up a few points. Yummmm...
