3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle Conditioned. Very lively. Amber with a large white head. Extremely tasty with a nice balance between bitterness, hops & malt. Much like an IPA with perhaps a little more sweetness than usual. Overall a most drinkable ale.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Hand pulled at the Wellington, Birmingham. Quite good trong Bitter/Golden. Stronger alc flavour hits at the end, and is a little cloying and catches the throat. Pretty good balance and flavour, but too sweet, and I do worry about these beers that think they have to betoo strong. After all it takes more skill to get good balance and flavour in a smaller percentage scale. OK.
