esjaygee (3209) - Oak Creek, Wisconsin, USA - JUL 5, 2012

Dark brown with ruby lowlights and a quickly fading brown crown. Aroma of peated malt and a hint of chocolate. Thin body tastes like bland roasted dark malt, a touch of chocolate and a hint of smoke. Nothing special.

Bottle @ Thirsty Troll Brew Fest. Pour is burnt copper/brown with a khaki head. Aroma is light with notes of coffee, chocolate, and nuts. Flavor shows the same with a touch of ash. Overall body is light to moderate and the finish is dry. Definately the best offering I had from Woodman’s that day.
