3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
8/10/12. 12oz bottle thanks to cbfobes. Hazy golden pour with green and brown particulates all about all under a small off-white head that is gone instantly. Huge jalapeno aroma that is fresh and almost eye watering. Jalapeno and fresh vegetable in the flavor as well. It definitely delivers on its promise.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle, labeled as Jalapeno Blonde Ale - Pours slightly hazy pale yellow with a frothy white head and lots of cascading bubbles. Smells like--wow--smells like a plate of jalapeno-loaded nachos. A touch of grainy malt takes the place of the tortilla chips, and blends in nicely. Taste is light and grainy, with a blast of jalapeno that disappears pretty quickly, but lingers slightly through the long finish. Has the same dry/mineral quality of every Woodman beer I’ve had so far, but here’s it’s okay because it offsets the heat a bit. I’d rather it have some more maltiness or sweetness to balance the heat differently, but this is pretty good nonetheless. Medium-thin and pretty well-carbonated like I’d expect. This would be killer with a burger. Very impressed.
