Bottle bought in south western Denmark (Lolland) . Pale golden colour with a very short lasting white fizzy head. The aroma of sweet bit sour apples. Sparkling mouthfeel. The flavour is sweet with apples, some sourness and some fruitiness. Sweetish apple finish.

this was a really poor beer/cider....whatever. Lambic’s are the way to go if your looking for a sweeter fruity drink. This was noy very good

26/10 0.3 l draught at Tolkiens House. Well, the waiter said it is Strongbow but as clumsy they are I believe more to Doggythedog whose opinion is this is a Woodpecker. Anyway, yellow body without head. Some white wine aroma. Flavor, too empty, winy, watery... Some carbonation though. Finish short, as Doggythedog told me everything is short...Drinkable but nothing more. If this was my first cider I would simply hate the style...

12 oz bottle. It reads 4.2% alc/vol on bottle. Pours a white wine body. The aroma is extremely sweet. It tastes like apple champagne. Very smooth, cannot taste alc at all - like many ciders.

had the 4.2 US version...Pours a very light white yellow...some head but has some small red ’peel’ pieces floating, this is a no-no for any beer/cider!..but as i get into a couple of these beers the timidness shy’s away to a easy drinking tame refreshing cider! ...It has a very subdued flavour to go along with its very mild monkeyrisims (bitterness)..I like the fact that it really isn’t an in-your-face kind of drink! Smooth, calm, tasty... enjoyable in the end!
