jbrus (4127), Delft, Netherlands Sep 5, 2008 Cask@ProeflokaalDelft. Citrus and hop pallets aroma. Cloudy, light amber color, beige head, good lace. Light sweet, malty, very bitter, very grassy. Very dry mouthfeel. Too hoppy what makes it one dimensional. DruncanVeasey (1633), Burbage, Leicestershire, England Aug 17, 2008 Cask, The Coach and Horses, Weatheroak. Still, rubyish and a bit vinous. Malt-heavy but no real depth of flavours emerging. Stale alcohol/almond notes, clinging paracetemol bitterness. Cherry and marzipan all over it. Stewed apple and currant maybe as it warms. Not my style. albertane (278), Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England Jul 31, 2008 Bottled at 5% ABV.
