Bottlw at home in CT - thanks to brother Charlie. Pours clearish brown with a foamy tan head. Very basic brown bread nose with suggestions of berry fruits. Light to medium sweet flavor with some cigarette butts, more brown bread, toasted leaves. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Sweet finish with toasted brown bread, hints of burnt caramel, light earth and leaves. Actually a decent, tasty brown.

Maria (10176) - Thisted, DENMARK - AUG 10, 2007
Courtesy of Coldbrewky. It’s a dark mahogany beer with a huge, creamy head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt and something that makes me thing of - well: pig. The flavour has notes of slightly sourish malt, buttery caramel and a light hoppy bitterness that develops in a grapefruit-like manner in the finish. Could be more complex.

12oz bottle acquired in trade with ppoitras (thanks!). Bottle labeled BB Oct ’06. Poured a medium reddish / brown color with an averaged sized off white head. Aromas of caramel, chocolate, nutty and I was getting some citrus. Tastes of toasted nuts, cocoa, and caramel. Body was on the thin side.
