Pretty good ale. Nice looking dark amber with a small head. Flavor starts out malty sweet and ends with a nice hop bitterness. Nice and clean finish.

Sexy looking beer. Nose confused me. Stings the nostrils almost as a white wine would. Light bodied to be sure. Pretty hoppy, but it gets sour in the finish.

[bottle from brewpub] Nutty aroma with plenty of strawberry mixed in with grapefruit hops. Clear chestnut with wispy white swirls and ring. Nutty and lemony flavour with a touch of biscuity toast and notes of pear. The bitterness and nuttiness work together well also. Light to medium body, medium carbonation, nutty bitter finish. Excellent.

16oz at the Brewpub. Amber brown with a short lived head. Malty and sweet with a medium body. A light to moderate amount of hop bitterness in the back of the mouth and in the finish. Smooth drinking and enjoyable. Decent.

This is the second solid brew I’ve had of woodstock. Deep red pour, heavy creamy crown. Smell is pure malt, candy, a bit of spice. Taste is the same, with caramel added. Smooth, and sweet. Somewhat thin, and would be higher rating if it weren’t so. Got it in summer mixed pack.

Medium bodied amber color with a medium head and just a little bit of lace. Rich, malty flavor with some spices mixed in. Slightly bitter at the end. Malty aroma too with malts dominating here.

12 oz. bottle. Consumed at fridge temp. Pours a light amder hue with a small white head. So so lacing. Mild malt aroma. Tastes of malts, slight caramel taste with moderate hop bitterness. Decent brew. Good sessionable brew.

This beer pours a hazy amber with nice laceing and decent head retention. There is a woody and roasted toffee smell. There is a strong bite in the begining with wood flavors and bitter hopps. The after taste mildly hoppy and sweet.
