This is the second solid brew I’ve had of woodstock. Deep red pour, heavy creamy crown. Smell is pure malt, candy, a bit of spice. Taste is the same, with caramel added. Smooth, and sweet. Somewhat thin, and would be higher rating if it weren’t so. Got it in summer mixed pack.

Oct 6, 2008 Nice amber body with an off white head Sweet corn notes really hurt his beer, both in aroma and flavor. Finish seemed to have some caramel notes, hops were alright.

Sep 29, 2008 BOTM club. Amber pour with a medium tan head. Aroma of malt and caramel. Slight sweet taste with malt and a bitter peppery finish.

Sep 29, 2008 has a body that seems to thin, bit of a sweet kinda caramel taste to it. nothing really struck my fancy.

Sep 28, 2008 BoTMC Selection September 2008: Poured from the bottle into a pint glass. Pour produced an amber body with some red highlights, topped by a small head of foam. Aroma is slightly malty though not much there. A fair sweetness to it , sliding on to a slight bitter finish. Crisp carbonation, with a medium body and good mouthfeel.

Sep 23, 2008 Pretty good ale. Nice looking dark amber with a small head. Flavor starts out malty sweet and ends with a nice hop bitterness. Nice and clean finish.
