3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
From the 12 fl. oz can with 05/12/14 stamped on the bottom. The pour is a slightly cloudy pale straw yellow color with an abundant white fizzy head that melts away. Aroma of grain, crackers, toast, some earth, and generally mild. Light body. The malts are a tad more forward in the taste than I picked up in the aroma and it finishes vaguely bitter but overall clean and crisp. It is an adequate adaptation of the style but nothing more or less. Still, 80 degrees outside and it goes down fast.
