3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Two beers in one night that I could get some buttery/butterscotch flavors? Interesting. The beer itself wasn’t horrible, but it wasn’t great either. Mediocrity seems to be a key word for many of the beers we had that night. A butterscotch aroma and roasted malts. Cherrywood in color, clear with a nice fluffy two-finger head. Flavors were roasted malts with a spicy/hoppy 1-2 combo. I wouldn’t revisit this beer.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
[bottle] Malty aroma, with some concerning butterscotch elements. Reddish amber color, clear, with a tiny ring of bubbles. Flavors are full of malt power and some considerable bitterness, but any real unique character seems to be overpowered by the Ringwood... Not a bad beer, I personally have a hard time getting past the dominant yeast character.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Has a hazy ruby color with an off-white head and sweet malt smell. Taste is sweet/malt/spice and finishes with a hop/spice flavor. Overall one of the better beers from this brewery.
