May 31, 2007 Not bad, nice fuffy white head with some cutrus aroma and citrus tasting notes, could use more maly though, beer was too sweet for my liking.

Dec 4, 2005 Draft @ Brewery. Nice Head, fizzy, doesn’t retain very long. Nice taste, very clean and light which I enjoyed.

Dec 1, 2005 Draft @ brewery. Pours a light crsip yellow color with a white fizzy head. Nose is light straw, kinda sweet like honey. Taste is fresh and crisp, fizzy in the mouth, light on the palate, notes of straw, yeast, and grass make appearances. Finishes with a slight bitterness and a clean palate.
