campmonster (9), USA does not count Mar 27, 2008 Chocolate cake. Dark espresso notes. A rich sour bite. It’s not the best thing I’ve had but it’s one of my favorites. drfabulous (741), Columbia, Missouri, USA Sep 25, 2007 Not a favorite style. I just don’t get the vanilla in your dark beer thing. Btw: that "commercial description" doesn’t look very commercial. SuIIy (1109), W Newton, Massachusetts, USA Dec 1, 2005 draft @ brewery. Pours a dark color with a off white head. Nose is chocolate cake, with hints of vanilla and light roast. Taste is pure vanilla extract, overpowering and takes away from a decent nose that offered promise into something delicous. Mouth is syrupy and heavy, finishes with a stickiness in the mouth. joshuah (37), Ferndale, Michigan, USA Dec 1, 2005 Pours very dark, decent head, nice aroma, and very vanillaly. Overall I enjoyed it. Bigassfish (140), Naperville/Chicago, Illinois, USA Nov 20, 2005 On tap. Pours dark with little tan head. aroma of cholate and vanilla with vanilla dominating. taste light hops
