Draught at the brauhaus Cloudy red-amber color; creamy head, persistent. The aroma is mild, very light malt, caramel and hop, also very light apples. There is some caramel aroma, and correct bitterness, with a roasted nuts touch in the end, but totally soul-less. By flavor, this is closer to a Dunkel than an Oktoberfest.
