Schwach hell-bockiger Antrunk, mild. Im Mittelteil erfolgt keine große Änderung, das Bier wird getreidig. Diese Note verstärkt sich im Abgang deutlich, hier etwas klebrig, deutlich würzig und Bockbier-gerecht was man vom Rest nicht sagen kann.

Hazy golden color; creamy head. Both aroma and flavor are lightly fruity; there is some malt flavor, with moderate sweetness; correct body structure; ordinary-to-low bitterness. Simple but refreshing Maibock.

Malty flavour of caramel, bread and hops.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of straw, malt, and minerals. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, malt, and minerals, leading to a bitter finish. Thanks fiulijn for sharing.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fiulijn. Pours a cloudy opaque golden with a white head. Solid malty nose with some flowery hops. Medium body, solid malts, some phenols and flowery hops in the finish. Not your typical clean Heller Bock. 190511

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is slight milky and malty. Sweet malty and slight cornish flavoured. Light grassy and bitter flavoured. Sweet malty and slight cornish. Sweet malty finish and solid bitterness.

(bottle thanks to bu11zeye). Poured a hazy lemon yellow w/ white top. Aroma was of lemon and peachy orange. Flavor was of peach, orange, citrus, and mild spice. Some carbonation.
