Draught at the brauhaus
Muddy blond color, with a nice compact head. Mild aroma of malt and cereals, and very light fruity touch. The mouthfeel is dry and smooth, drier in the end; the body is lean; it has light malt flavor, but also an unclean feeling, of yeast and paper, providing almost some astringency; correct bitterness.
It’s quite fresh; it’s a crossover between a Kölsch and a Weizen, somehow, and similar to a Wit (although there is probably no wheat here).
