COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our American strong ale collaboration with Eddy from Ale Yeah!, pumped through our Randal with toasted organic cocoa nibs and Serrano chilis. It picked up all of the flavor without having much of the heat; served through our old English beer engine.

Growler from ale yeah. Pretty tasty drunk. Smooth with a nice roasty malt and cocoa flavor. Finish has a touch of pepper and grass. Aroma is clean and you can get a sense of the roastiness about to come.

Draft. This was the winner for me this night. Pours dark black with thin beige head. Taste had chilis in the forefront and in the finish, but they were not overwhelming. Cocoa and a splash of vanilla, with a medium sweetness, spice, roasted malts. Really, really nice.

Cask at the source. Completely black color, fluffy brown head with good retention and solid lacing - a beautiful beer. Aroma of milk chocolate with a tiny edge of pepper. Taste is cocoa powder, coffee, vanilla, nutmeg and just a touch of subtle chilis at the finish. Eminently drinkable, which makes it a bit dangerous.
