COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Named for Brewmaster Bob’s home football team. Somewhat of a hybrid between a West Coast Amber and IPA, this beer uses about 30% rye malt, which lends a subtle spiciness and gives great body. Columbus, Falconers Flight, Zythos, and Chinook hops combine to give flavors of citrus and pine, without being overly bitter. Enjoy!

Cloudy dark amber with off white lacing. Nose is mild rye, but flavor is VERY rye-heavy. Full-bodied palate gives some balance, but this is still a HUGE beer. You’d better like rye to try this one!

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear amber with a slight rusty hue and a light brown head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has has a good amount of rye with some earthy grass and grain as well as a hint of grapefruit. Flavor begins with rye and earthy grain and backing note of light grapefruit.

On tap at the brewpub for the anniversary. Pours a delicious looking deep red color. Nice lacing and almost no head. Bite on the back end is nice. grassy hops and caramel sweetness on the front end.
