330ml bottle. Clear amber colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grainy aroma with a touch of wet hay and straw. Taste is minimally sweet caramel malty, minimally grainy, cautious spicy touch of hay.

Mild würziger Antrunk, leicht malzig. Das Bier ist monoton, immerhin auf gutem Niveau, die Würzigkeit bleibt lange bestehen, die Herbe ist gering. Solides Bier. 7/7/8/8/8/8

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle shared with McTapps. Maybe the most beautiful beer I´ve ever seen pouring in reddish / brown. Well, aroma of some nuts and malt doesn´t hold what the colour promises but the honest taste and nice palate get the points here. Solid well made beer.

Bottle shared with MichaelBruch. Hazelnut in colour with light head. Taste of vine barrels, nuts and ripe grains. Very nice one.

Bottle. Clear amber with a thin head. Aroma is sweet malt and some herb. Flavour is dry sweet malt with a bitter sweet finish

Clear amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and very nutty. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Dry and light bitter finish.

Die Schaumkrone dieses Landbieres hält nicht gut, der Körper ist braun. Im Geschmack röstig-hopfig, malzig. Geschmacksintensivität: Am Anfang mittelmäßig bis mild, zum Schluss ziemlich wässrig. Fazit: Ein durchaus trinkbares Landbier.

The beer in the glass is dark brown with slight reddish tinge. The head is fine, creamy and long lasting. Caramel-malty, slightly sweet scent. Starts malty and sweet, with lots of caramel, slightly bitter in the background. The middle part is malty-sweet with slight caramel flavors. Goes into a sweet malty, caramelly finish!

Bottle (from the november 2005 RB-tasting at Dixens place - notes have been damaged by flooding of my basement, but this was such an insane tasting for me as I was new to such massive tastings, so I gave up on the detailed notes quite early). Nice with a pleasant perfume scent to it.
