(bottle) Hazy, pale golden colour with a fluffy white foam. Light-sweet wheat-malty and citrus-/banana-fruity aroma with light clovy notes. Sourish sweet flavour, light to medium bodied, soft on carbon. Slightly yeasty, moderately wheaty taste with a marked fruity note of banana and ripe citrus fruits; moderately dry, sweet and sourish fruity finish with light phenolic spice. Balanced and enjoyable Weizen (11.05.08).

Jul 8, 2008 Bottle (purchased at the Brauerei): Pale golden to golden, hazy, mid-sized, slowly collapsing beige head; lemons and bananas in the slightly tart and wheaty nose; quite light bodied, light to moderate sweet-sourish flavours; short sweetish-wheaty finish. Mild and pleasant, but quite tame...........
