| A Pilsener brewed by Privatbrauerei Wurm Pappenheim-Bieswang, Mittelfranken/Bayern, Germany
| |
MoritzF (3648), Ruhrpott, Germany May 10, 2008 (bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a fluffy, collapsing foamy white head. Herbal, slightly spicy hoppy nose with a strawy, slightly doughy malty background. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Strawy malty taste with herbal hoppy notes; dry and slightly bitter, herbal hoppy finish. Unspectacular compared to the big beers of the world, but this one is through and through a clean and solid Lager (06.05.08).
