It’s hazy orange-golden with a creamy head. The aroma has notes of malt, caramel, bread and fruit. The flavor has a light sweetness and notes of caramel, fruit, malt and bread - and the finish is slightly dry. A beer that almost drinks itself - lovely, but not stunning...

Pours golden with a white head. Aroma of malt, light caramel, grass. Taste is malt, caramel, light buttery notes., ripe apples.

Bottle@tasting, 50cl. Off-white foam head. Hazy golden color. Aroma almost none. Taste mild, hops.. Palate dry, CO2. Overall refreshing.

bottle & 5l cask, bought at the brewery. Hazy amber-golden colour, mid-sized white head. Yeasty aroma. Yeasty, malty and slightly grainy with a touch of alcohol detectable. Shy but good aromatic hops in the finish.

bottled, at the brewery as well as another back home. clear golden with a lasting head; fresh and grassy aroma with some alcohol showing; crisp and gainy with a hint of tropical fruit salad. made especially enjoyable by the ambient surroundings at the brewery - the mind truly boggles at how they had managed to drink so much by 1pm

Schwach hopfiger Duft, etwas hefige Töne. Würziger, beinahe hitziger Antrunk, der sich aber schnell beruhigt und einer freundlichen aromareichen Mitte weicht. Hier setzt dann auch eine angenehme Herbe an, die sich im Abschied noch intensiviert und trocken ausfällt. Gut. Wiederum ein Dankeschön an Frankenland für die Zoiglbiere. Bottle from the brewery. Clare gold in colour with a slight white head and a trace of carbonation. Clean, slightly sweet malts, a touch of fruit and dryish, slightly spicy finish. Ok.

500 ml bottle. BBE 10/2011.
Pours a slightly unclear yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma of citrus, some malts and toffee. Flavour of sweet fruits, citrus, malts and mild bread. Very smooth mouthfeel and a rich, fruity, somewhat grainy finish. Actually quite good. These German beers tend to surprise me.

Fresh aroma has butter, I would take this as a helles based on that. Flavour has also butter and some hops. The aftertaste is bitter a bit in a bad way. Very much helles-like stuff.

Pours light yellow with a small foamy head. Aroma has notes of earthy herbs, basement and yeast. Taste is herbal with notes of earthy grass and slight sourness. Hints of malts and yeast. Finish is long lasting and slightly bitter. Quite unusual.
