Pours black with ruby edging and a tan head. Strong chocolate aromas, with dark malt and a touch of coffee. Tastes incredibly dark and rich - dark roasted malt, a little burnt, rich coffee flavours and a hint of dark chocolate. A bitter finish, a little fizzy on the palate but very smooth otherwise. Nice, very nice.

Dark body brown foamy head. Lactose and roasted malt aroma. Taste is roasted malt but not as rich and flavourful as I was hoping. Still a nice porter.

I liked this one. Pours black with aromas of cream soda, bubblegum, and vanilla. Flavors follow aromas with coffee and black licorice in there too. Quite nice.

Looks great silky smooth head veary little bubbles. jet black beer cant see into it nice looking. Smell is light chocolate, toasted roastedness. Smells like a dark beer. taste starts of wet cold, chocolate kinda and then drys out and is bitter. Not bad but not the best wychwood or porter. Smell and look is better but still fine. cheer’s!!!

Reasonable porter, a little lacking in richness but generally well balanced and goes down easily.

The witch is back and looking sexy. I don’t recall her ever leaving but I wanted to come in strong with the intro. Very wonderful looking beer, all but completely opaque with a small hint of dark ruby mingling in the darkness. Beige is the head that leaves fine lacing. Smells a bit of the forest, dank, leathery and earthy as well as roasty malt, coffee and dark chocolate. Taste is the same, leaves a bitter and dry finish. The mouthfeel suffers a bit, not the usual slightly oily, thicker body I look for in a fine Porter. All the same, she’s a spellbinder and I’d drink this any day you’d buy it for me.

Black beer w nice aroma and great appearance. It tastes nice as well, however maybe a bit too weak in mouth feel and alcohol to get the best of it.
