3.1 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Deep yellow gold in color, small carbonation bubbles cling to sides of pint glass, thick billowy one finger thick white head. A very nice beery aroma. Seriously. When I smell this beer, it smells like beer. Nothing extra, nothing extraneous, nothing unnecessary. It smells like someone came up with idea to brew a real beer with no gimmicks. A floral hoppiness resides in the aroma, intermingled with barley malt and some orange. The mouthfeel of this beer is much flatter than I anticipated. Quite similar to Sierra Nevada Pale Ale in my mind, the flavor became more and more underwhelming with each passing minute. Very watery and with a hint of iron or aluminum. Slightly bitter, some nice hop juice hangs around on the bitter taste receptors on my tongue. Drinkable, but a big letdown considering the buildup before the taste.

2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottled. Pours hazy gold amber. Aroma is mellifluous, nectar (like dandelion), citrus, and slightly spicy. Flavor is biscuit malt, honey, and slightly bitter hops. The flavor is reminiscent of an amber ale but slightly more bitter. Starts well but ends disappointingly.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Pours almost clear orange-golden with a small head. Aroma of caramel and floral hops. Light sweetness with malty and fruity notes, slightly metallic, dry bitter finish. Light-bodied. OK.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Nice white head, long lasting, slightly murkey yellow color. Grassy nose, well rounded mouthfeel. Not exactly sure what the target is, could take it or leave it.

2.1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
500ml Bottle brought by Michael Lelevier from Albuquerque to Panama. Not great. Quite watery with a slight head and golden color. Basically like a lousy ice tea watered down. Grass, hay, and slight bread. Not worth repeating.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Hazy dark gold. Fresh and floral aroma, unusual for a bottled beer. Tasty bitter and lemony sweet/sour balance.

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottled, in a pict glass (as Scarecrow). Second wychwood I’m eval’ing. Not bad, light golden, no head to speak of, mild bitter nose. Flavor is easy-drinking with hint of hops and bitter. Good for the "lightbeer" set. Enjoyable, not as strong as Hobgoblyn.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
A golden colored ale that has a similar aroma of a pilsner. The first taste coats the tongue offering some honey flavors. There is also a bittering effect in the aftertaste. Not a bad organic ale but not as good as the beers Wolavers is producing.
