Commercial Description:
Cask, Occasional;
"Circle Master is brewed using a unique blend of Plumage Archer Barley Malt, organically grown for us in a dedicated field under the auspices of the Prince of Wales Duchy Estate in Gloucestershire. Whole leaf target hops, naturally grown in a single garden in Kent, are added to create a beer of exceptionally taste and character. A tantalising citrus aroma heralds a delightful malt flavour, rounded off with a spicy bittersweet finish."

A Mes rate: Cask at the Hob. Golden brown with a thin white rim. Sweet malty aroma. Very odd minty and metallic flavour with just a hint of citrus. Thin mouthfeel. Slightly acrid in the finish. Not good at all.

Cask at the Hobgoblin, Reading, Berks. - labelled as Scarecrow. Hazy gold in colour with an off-white head and a malty aroma; rather thin in body with some citrus; clean and bitter finish. Rather ordinary.

Cask Conditioned at The Horse & Jockey, Bodicote, Oxon. Golden beer, a little hazy, white head. The first time this pub has tried a guest ale, I just wish they had picked something more interesting for the regulars to try. One dimensional malty lager type beer, harsh but true.
