Fresh off his cart is No.4. It’s an unpasteurised shimmering blonde concoction of fruits. Instant refreshment with an insanely fragrant aroma. No.4 is the first of the good DR’s elixirs to emerge from his apothecary. We expect more brews to follow from this enigmatic character.

0.5 bottle. Clear, gold color and a medium, white head. Sweet aroma of hops, flowers, and some sour fruits. Taste is malty, somewhat sour as well, a tad fruity. A light body, a creamy texture, and an average carbonation. Finish is short and rather uneventful. Overall a very mediocre beer.

500ml bottle (K Market, Helsinki)
Almost the same as the Firecatcher we just had (a poor golden), but has a stickier palate, and a harsher more chemical bitterness. Nasty sticky hop finish. No likey.

Bottle 0,50L from the local supermarket. Clear, golden color with poor, tiny, frothy white head.Very intensive aroma of grass, herbs, grassy flowers, fennel and similar. Taste is crispy, light bitter and grassy, but a bit blend. After very nice aroma, I expected a bit more in taste, too. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. Solid and drinkable.

Golden color with small white foam. Aroma of hops and mells sweet and citrusy in a way, not strong but definaly can smell some hops. The palate, the beer it self is very light with quickly disapearing taste and turning into aftertaste which is bit bitter but not overwhelming. Taste, has some soft hop touches with bit of malt too. Over all tastes not too bad, quite light beer and could dermind good lager in a way although it is an ale.

0.5 l bottle from local supermarket. Golden color with bubbles and a nice head. This is absolutely for the lager boy. Taste is not far from the German or Czech lager. But this is British ale. Quite wonderful, well done.

Clear golden color, average sized white head. Simple but effective lemony and malty aroma. Taste is similar, like a tasty lemonade. Light bodied and it goes down unbelievably fast and easy. Great session ale.
