Fresh off his cart is No.4. It’s an unpasteurised shimmering blonde concoction of fruits. Instant refreshment with an insanely fragrant aroma. No.4 is the first of the good DR’s elixirs to emerge from his apothecary. We expect more brews to follow from this enigmatic character.

Bottle, 500ml. Pours light golden green, unclear, with a short sparse white head. Aroma is hoppy, yeasty, white wine. Mouth feel is light with medium body and light carbonation. Taste bitter-sweet, slightly sour, with dry lightly bitter ending. Flavors of vegetal and herbal hops, nice and not too aggressive or bitter. Slight malt. A little boring and simple. Very light. Not my favorite style.

Bottle, 500 ml, courtesy of and shared with JFK. Pours golden with white head. Malty and grainy, thin bodied. Seems lagerish to me. Not good.

Bottle from Cellarbrations Sandy Bay 141214. There is a fair amount of fruitiness going on with this beer. A little hazy in the glass. Vibrant easy drinking beer.

Bottle; pours an orangish gold with a thin white and quickly disappearing head; sweet caramel aroma with some faint hops; taste is slightly sweet with yeast, honey, and malt; has a dry bitter citrus finish; okay ale

Has a lightly filtered straw gold body & a short dense white hang-around cap. Taste begins a bit grassy hop, then leads way to lemon and I guess apple. Aroma is cereal, a bit fresh meadow grass. Pint glass fresh bottle from LCBO. Very sessionable with a bitter but quenching profile.

Again, thanks to the Mas Plenum people at Vinocom! Poured a golden body with no head... it WAS cold but really? Malty aroma, slightly oily, vague sweetish grainy notes. Mild, dry taste, apple, empty, and sweetish. Wow, this is incredibly underwhelming... Claims a mix of US and UK hops, but those were nearly invisible...

MarkoNm (913) - Novo mesto, SLOVENIA - NOV 29, 2014
Pours an orangey golden color, topped with a frothy just off-white head. Mild malty aroma, some notes of caramel and some herbal aroma as well. Taste is sweet, caramel-like with herbal notes and little bitterness in the finish. Some hebral and hoppy aftertaste. Drinkable and pleasant.

DuffMan (7138) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - NOV 17, 2014
Bottle, shared with TylerDurden. Hazy lemony yellow, fizzy white head. Fairly bland pale grains, a bit of grassy hop character. Pretty mundane.
