Fresh off his cart is No.4. It’s an unpasteurised shimmering blonde concoction of fruits. Instant refreshment with an insanely fragrant aroma. No.4 is the first of the good DR’s elixirs to emerge from his apothecary. We expect more brews to follow from this enigmatic character.

Oro antico, schiuma bianca e grossolana. Aroma quasi inesistente, poco floreale. In bocca č piů amara, con un leggerissimo biscotto. Lascia la bocca pulitissima. Disseta bene, acquosa, carb media.

Lightly grassy and floral hops, pale malts. Clear gold, medium, frothy, white head. Medium bitter. More floral and grassy hops, slight harsh bitters coming up, soft carbonation, light bodied, bitter finish. Unremarkable Golden Ale. Bottle from Wine Rack, Chiswick.

Slightly hazy gold color with a strong amount of activity. Weak white 1 finger head that last for 5 minutes, but with strong leggings. Aromas of sharp bitter citrus with some butter. Flavors of lemon, roasted grains, caramel, herbal spices. Highly sharp and low on sugar. Grassy with an oily buttery feel. Smooth slick full body with sharp carbonation. Medium strength finish, ending with a grassy noble spicy feel and a smoky roasted malt tongue coat. Weak smell though. Overall good quality craft. Tasty flavors with a nice pleasant fresh bitterness. Good balance and well intensified with a pleasant thick body.

500ml bottle. Slightly milky, yellow-ish golden colour with small to average, frothy to macropore, diminishing, minimally lacing, white head. Citrusy hoppy aroma, notes of lemon, lemon tea. Taste is slightly sweet, biscuity, pale malty, slightly citrusy hoppy, notes of lemon, lemon zest, a touch of lemon tea; light, slightly watery. Nice composition, but not enough flesh on a scrawny skeleton.
