Bottle (500ml). Poured a amber colour with a tinge of orange and a frothy off white head which was mostly diminishing. Aroma was full to the brim of butterscotch backed up by strong notes of sweet toffee, caramel, malts and hints of tangerines. Flavor was again lots of butterscotch with caramel, malts, toffee, and marmalade in the back. Medium bodied with lively carbonation, watery texture, creamy mouthfeel and a good finish.

bottle: pours with a large white head with a golden body. the head is long lasting with some lacing. aroma is fruity, floaral, sweet with some toasty biscuit grains. some hops lingers also. flavour is a slight bitter hop, biscuity bread and some sweetness form the malt. finishes crisp and dry with just a little more bitterness. vey good.

sweet, malty taste, hints of apricot, peach, orange. drinkable and refreshing in moderation, but would quickly become bland in time

B-Day present from my Best Friend Adam. Light amber with a nice off white fluffy head. Aroma is caramel, nice and malty, with a little nuttiness to it. Taste is a bit nutty, with light caramel and hops in the background. Not all to much to it, but far from repulsive.

Appearance: orange amber color. Lively bubbles. Medium head, ivory color, low consistent and medium persistency. Aroma: wheaty; some citric fruits aromatic reminiscences, like green apples and oranges. Floral hoppy and slightly mentholated. Flavour: intensive wheat taste; with light and ephemeral fruitiness similar to peaches, peel of apple and pink grapefruits. Some candy. Dry final like medicinal-herbal. Palate: light body and medium-to-high carbonated. Dryness some artificial and not many character. Refreshing beer.

Not too bad for a bitter, but not exactly a good beer either. Tasted like a mixture of fruit loops and hops.

Wanted more from this beer. Lacking in taste and in smell. Could have done better Wychwood, aint no Hobgoblin!
