| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 20, 2007 Bottle. Clear, golden body, with a nice, but rapidly diminishing off-white head. The aroma is quite malty, but there’s a citrusy hoppiness there as well. The citrus is more evident in the flavor, but also here the beer is quite malty and bready. Nice bitterness. Medium body, and a fine blend of malt, citrus and bitterness in the finish. Really quaffable. (071020) TaxiDriver (934), Stadland, Germany
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 18, 2007 Bottle. Yeasty & hoppy, light roasted malt. Average off-white foamy head, mostly diminishing. Red clear body. Light bitter, medium duration. Light to medium body, dry texture, soft carbonation. Nice beer. radagast83 (1289), Fairfax, Virginia, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 17, 2007 Bottle. Aroma is sweet malts with citrus and hops. It’s not their strongest attempt, but it’s decent enough as a nice desert beer that could be paired with some sweet fruits. extremeicon (108), Wichita, Kansas, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Oct 13, 2007 Eh. Clear orange color with a medium white head. Aroma promising - loads of citrus and a bit of flowery hops. Flavor, unfortunately, shows lots of the typical Wychwood watered-down biscuit maltiness and not much else. Better than other Wychwoods I’ve had but that’s not saying a whole lot. Gpnterojd (163), Orangeville, Ontario, Canada
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Oct 9, 2007 Pours a light caramel brown - almost burnt red. The aroma is heavy on sweet malts. Some fruits, notes of fig and raisins. Grapefruit hops as well. The flavour is much less. Some dried fruit, alcohol, clove, and a bitter finish. Quite thin bodied. Dry. Mediocre. presario (2956), Calgary, Alberta, Canada
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 9, 2007 Brown bottle. BB4 Feb 2008. Perfect two finger lasting foam head and lacing on hazy orange. Light hop nose, have to pull to get the citrus and melon scents. Creamy body almost like a nitro. The front of the tongue tastes a light melon, middle of the tongue gets grapefruit with a hint of lime and the finish has a bit of malt and citrus bitterness. Interesting enough to hold your attention.
