(500ml bottle) Large off-white head that settles nicely to reveal a clear amber body. Aroma is earthy, light grassy, cereal, herbal spiciness. Taste is medium sweet, earthy/herbal, spicy, light caramel, cereal. Watery light-medium body.

500 mL bottle. Pours copper with a fizzy, edgy tan head with rocky patches. Malt (hay, straw, husk) and yeast (barn, horse blanket) aroma with trace hops. Moderately bitter and medium acidity, malt (grain, straw) flavor with some tart rind hop notes. Medium bodied and fizzy palate.

Was confused by it being darker than I remembered only to find that they’d switched to brown bottles from clear. Oops. Pours a pale copper with a thin off white head that fades to a ring. Aroma is malty caramel and figgy sweetness with herbal hoppy tones. Flavour starts malty sweet then a thin yet assertive dry bitterness takes over ending in a slightly bitter tangy citrus finish.

** I poured this beer in a green tinted glass** 500 ml Bottle, 5.2% a/v Looks to be a nice copper/brown color (note glass). Medium to low carbonation. Smells malty and roasted grain. Tastes between malty and a mild hoppy flavour with hints of caramel. A special occasion sipping beer.
