Bottle (500ml). Poured a amber colour with a tinge of orange and a frothy off white head which was mostly diminishing. Aroma was full to the brim of butterscotch backed up by strong notes of sweet toffee, caramel, malts and hints of tangerines. Flavor was again lots of butterscotch with caramel, malts, toffee, and marmalade in the back. Medium bodied with lively carbonation, watery texture, creamy mouthfeel and a good finish.

Orangey-amber topped with a bubbly white froth. Somewhat indistinguishable aroma of vague citrus and earthiness. Flavour is bland tartness with a mild hoppiness following. Shame a great label was wasted on an average beer.

Here we go again, default marks for a Wychwood product. Usual aroma, maybe with a little honey, some hop flower. Thin mouthfeel, hoppy finish.

Poured amber with a small white head. Aroma of caramel malt. Lots of malt flavor. No hops present. I thought there would be some after reading the bottle but nope. Harsh finish. An easter present.

Again with the infernal clear bottle from these guys! I suspect they'd be better out of brown glass, or draft. Very mild in flavor, some malt, not a lot of hop flavor or bitterness. Lightstruck aroma. Gold/amber, white head.

Clear amber with white head. Weak hoppy notes of grapefruit and some spices. Flavour is dominantly bitter but with some sweetness as well. Bitter finsh.

Aroma: sugery/pineapple sweetness with a touch of herbal hop. Appearance: dark tea amber with a tiny head. Flavour: fruity and hoppy with pronounced bitterness. Palate: small bubbles and fairly thin.

500 ml bottle - pours a beautiful foxy reddish amber, almost Vienna-like, with a thick two-finger beige head. Big earthy Goldings aroma, along with some underlying malt presence. Nice, nice. Very soft in themouth, well-carbonated for the style. Flavours are fairly subdued, but there is some malt sweetness upfront, and good hop bitterness and a mineral quality in the finish. Thin-bodied. Not hugely complex, but if they could get these flavours in a Mild, this would be very good refreshing session brew. Wheat present, but verrry faint. Good beer.
