Bright orange/red in colour with small white head. Big hop/malt aroma hint of caramel. Big malty flavour, short bitterness. Very pleasant.

Bottle. Amber beer with an off-white head. Low grassy/malty aroma. Grassy/citrus flavor with biscuit malts. LIngering citric flavor. Medium bodied.

Strong skunky aroma. Beer is somewhat hoppy, minimal friutiness. The best thing about this beer is the cool bottle.

Some white head with a bit of lacing on this orange-brown pour. Light carbonation, with a nice earthy aftertone. I like the color and the smooth flavor, but it has little or no real depth.

Pours a murky, brownish orange color with just a tad bit of white head. Slightly skunky, malty aroma with a touch of hops. The flavor is mildly malty with some hops coming through in the slightly bitter finish. Slightly thin mouthfeel, medium carbonation.

Poured a hazy amber color with a thin off-white head. Fairly malty aroma of old apricots. Very malty flavor with fruity notes and a light tartness.

Had a nice fruity smell and a really nice almost orange colour. Awesome bottle. I prefer the Hobgoblin better.

Has the colour of a dodgy urine sample, but if you can get past that, this ale has plenty to offer. The first whiff suggests a bittery hoppy tang, but translates nicely onto the tongue with strong but smooth flavours. Settles nicely with soft citric tones. The label says it is made with malted barley and wheat with Styrian hops. Another alround top performer from the Wychwood stable
