3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 TheJester (1460) - Peterborough, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 20, 2013
500 mL bottle. It’s not pink, which is a plus. Has a raspberry/blackberry thing going on, which aren’t "forest fruits" where I live, but whatever. Too sweet to be refreshing, bt at least there is no artificial or syrupy note to it. To each his or her own, I suppose.
1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 2/20 Lagerboy (670) - British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 19, 2013
Clear apple juice color, small foamy white head fades. Berry fruity aroma. Taste is flat and fruity, no evidence of hops nor malt, maybe some sucralose. Soft carbonation, light bodied, no hopped. Artificial, and not in a good way. Managed to get through half of it before drainpour. Blech. LBW (Lagerboys Be Wary)

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20 ALLOVATE (2101) - Butler, AUSTRALIA - MAR 31, 2013
At just on cool and into its own pint it pours with just enough oomph to raise up a good inch of foam but this is rapidly depleted to noting at all. Body unusually pale for a fruit beer; medium gold and bright. Sweet, minced, overly ripe and near fermenting berries dominate the nose - almost has a strawberry conserve quality to it. Pretty close to liquidised strawberry conserve on the palate too. Sweet, fruity and cloying I feel as I could spread this on toast and have it for breakfast. Frothy mouthfeel; light on but made heavy by the fruit sugars. Low sweet malt notes don’t aide it. Hops are non-existent. I don’t mind it, but I don’t like it much neither. A weird one!!!
