Pours a clear amber with a small white head. Smells of ginger, caramel. Taste is sweet, spicy, mildly bitter - ginger dominates, honey malts.

500ml bottle from LCBO. Clear lively bubbly gold, small fizzy white head. Aroma and taste - non-alcoholic ginger beer; spicy, sweet, sticky, fizzy, refreshing .... syrupy and mega-carbonated. Quenched my thirst, slightly burnt my palate. Decent enough.

This ale poured a clear light yellow colour with a soapy, bright white head. To the nose there are scents of ginger, candy canes, menthol and cough drops. First sip was very sweet with light ginger flavor. Still the candy cane sweetness. Finish is sweet as hell with a light ginger heat.

Bouteille 500ml. De couleur dorée-ambrée et claire. Nez épicé (gingembre piquant), de sucre, léger de grains de malt avec des petites notes de houblon herbeux. Mince en bouche avec un pétillement moyen ainsi qu’une texture aux notes visqueuses. Goût épicé (gingembre piquant en bouche) avec un goût de sucre blanc dès l’entrée en bouche auquel se rajoute un léger goût de grains de malt puis en finale le goût épicé reprend toute la place avec de très faibles notes de houblon herbeux. Post-goût court-moyen, composé d’un léger goût d’épices (gingembre).

500 mL bottle. A little darker than some other ginger beers I’ve tried. Very small head. Smells like gingerale up front, with a woody earthiness underneath. The taste is kinda the same. Not a huge amount of ginger. Pretty mild and easy to drink. High carbonation. Meh.

Clear orange copper, foamy white head. Smells and tastes like gingerale with some added spice and aspartame. Average carbonation, light bodied, no hopped. Cloying and fizzy. Drainpour. NFL (Not For Lagerboys)

App.: Clear amber with a fair off-white head.
Aroma: Strong lemon-lime, kinda peppery ginger, very sweet, like a mix between Sprite and Canada Dry...
Palate: Medium body, fairly aggressive effervescence.
Flav.: Intensely sweet, almost like artificial sweetener, lots of lemon-lime pop and ginger ale, alco-pop for sure; sweet with minimal bitterness and a sweet, citrusy, soda pop finish.
Yuck.

500 ml bottle from LCBO. Pours a clear orange with average white-ish head. Aroma of ginger and sugar. Tastes like ginger ale but for a little lingering heat from the ginger. Mellow carbonation. Not bad, but really more like pop than like beer.

Bottle from Gluggles in York. Pours a light orange gold with a creamy/fizzy white head. Strong aroma of ginger and perfume. Med body. Flavor is rather spicy ginger. Which sticks around. After a bit it suggests having eaten a ginger snap. Finishes towards dry, but not aggressively so. I might preferr Blandford Fly. Interesting to consider.
