Back off it’s Ginger Beard, he’s a fiery character and his beer is no different. This amber ale is infused with fiery root ginger to deliver a spicy finish with a bit of bite. Try it if you dare!

Bottled 50cl. Fiery alcoholic ginger beer- poor deScription. Reminds me more of a bland low alcohol drink.

Bottle, 0.50l. Pours clear deep amber with medium creamy off white head and sparkling appearance. Aroma of pungent ginger and grapefruit. Taste starts with sweet toffee malt, but gets immediately overpowered by strong ginger with spicy mouthfeel and mild bitter finish. Medium body, slick texture and lively carbonation in palate. Highest possible rating I can give, because I hate ginger...

Zakup z lidla piwa z wysp.

The aroma is full of ginger and some metallic notes are detected along with some pilsner malts. The color is caramelish. The taste is sweet and full of ginger. There is almost no carbonization, has nothing much to do with beer. Quite disappointing.

Golden, completely clear, with a one finger white head that dissipates after a minute. Aroma is very powerful ginger. No other notes can be detected underneath it. The taste is sweet and also resembling fresh ginger. Very spicy, creates a long lasting, unpleasant, numbing sensation of burning in the throat, similar to vodka. Medium body, high carbonation, no detectable bitterness. I’ve had this beer twice and both times it turned out undrinkable. As much as I like ginger, its concentration in this beer makes it simply unpleasant.

0.5 l bottle from local supermarket. Orange/Amber colour. Taste is ginger, spicy ginger and not much else. This is not a sweet ginger beer. It burns your throat with ginger.

bottle @ Jungle Jim’s / Eastgate OH --- Clear medium amber color, one-finger white head, stripes of lace. Aroma of malt and ginger. Taste is light malt that adds peppery ginger and edgy carbonation on the swallow. No hops needed to complete this unusual brew. I remember in college (40+ years ago), sampling a concoction by a classmate from England - it consisted of a Bass Ale, mixed with a 6oz can of "ginger beer" that was easy to quaff in large amounts. This reminds me of that. Not exactly a beer, but good if that’s what you’re in the mood for.

500 ml bottle into pint glass, 2FJM bottle code. Pours slightly hazy cloudy orange/amber color with a 1-2 finger dense off white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the head. Aromas of sweet ginger, cracker, bread, light honey, light pear/apple, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of ginger, pale malt, earthy hops, and light fruity yeast ester notes; with solid strength. Taste of big sweet ginger, cracker, bread, light honey, light pear/apple, light pepper, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Light herbal/spicy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of sweet ginger, cracker, bread, light honey, light pepper, and herbal/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice balance and robustness of ginger, pale malt, earthy hops, and light fruity yeast ester flavors; with a great malt/bitter/spiciness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Some noticeable ginger heat builds up on the finish through the glass, but never gets too significant. Light-medium carbonation and medium bodied; with a very smooth and lightly creamy mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish as expected of 4.2%. Overall this is a very good spiced English pale ale style. All around good robustness and balance of ginger, pale malt, earthy hops, and light fruity yeast ester flavors; and very smooth and easy to drink. A very enjoyable offering.

Tasted on 11.09.15. Aroma of ginger ale. Small head completely disappearing. Clear amber colour. Taste of ginger with noticeable ginger hottness. Not resembling beer but drinkable.

zapach imbiru i napoju imbirowego, słodki, przypomina ginger ale z alkoholem. zupełnie nie smakuje piwem. lekko piecze od imbiru, ma posmak taniej coli. To samo co czlowiekwiadro
